Minutes cover important topics and discussions for each general meetings for those who were not able to attend. Members can review each meeting minutes to keep up-to-date on how the organization is advancing throughout the semester and what is needed for future meetings. Also, members can use previous minutes to come up with any new questions, topics, and discussions that have not been discussed for future meetings.
